STEP 5 (JOINED): Trial process
- If you do not join our closed server within the 3 day deadline, your acceptance will no longer be valid, and you cannot join.
- If you are not accepted, we highly recommend you apply a second time. If you ask, we will tell you what we didn't accept from your application.
Requirements
- Age 14+
- Level 14+
- Able to attend 1 full practice weekly.
- On the NA region and willing to move servers if needed.
- Must own a Dutch Warmblood.
- Access to Discord.
- Consistently paid Star Rider.
Application Faqs
Can I be in other teams/clubs while in VD?
- Yes, absolutely. We only request that you're able to meet our attendance requirements and are able to idealize your priorities.
If I want to change something on my application, may I?
- We highly recommend that you don't change your application; We expect that you thoroughly check and review your application before submission. If you want to add something, we will not allow you to resubmit. However, if you made an error (EX: Said the wrong level or accidentally submitted), please contact a high ranking team member to discuss resubmission.
When do applications open/close?
- Typically, applications will open the beginning of every month and close midway through the month. There is no specific date set, yet we try and stay consistent of when we open and close them.
Will I be notified if I am rejected?
- Automatically, no. However, if you take the initiative to ask a high ranking member exactly why you didn't get accepted, we will gladly take the time to discuss it with you.
Can I join on my alternate account?
- As long as you meet all our requirements on that account, you are allowed to use an alternate account.
How will I be contacted if I'm accepted?
- You are allowed to choose on the application whether you would like your acceptance to be through SSO mail, Discord DMs, or both.
What if I don't meet a requirement?
- A requirement is called a requirement for a reason; It is required, and non-negotiable. The first stage of our application ensures you meet all requirements before we continue reading your application. If you don't meet a requirement in the beginning, your application will not be read over.
What should I expect if I'm accepted?
- You can expect an acceptance letter from a high ranking member giving you information regarding the trial process and expectations, and of course our celebratory congratulations and welcomes. At the bottom, you will receive a 3 day expiring link to our private Discord server.. You must join it within the 3 days to be accepted.
How many times can I join VD?
- We don't tolerate constant leaving and rejoining while being expected to constantly reaccept you. We allow you to join once, leave once, and join one more time; A second chance. You may not join a third time, and you must apply once more each time you leave if you choose to apply.
